      Triggers can be invoked from your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or HomePod via Shortcuts using the REST API. This is by far the easiest and most native way I have found to invoke triggers from iOS.

          FYI, two things about this:

          1. Instead of using the authorization header, you can send the token as another parameter called token in the Request Body section.
          2. You don't actually need the { and }'s. I think @MNPG put them there to mean those values are examples.
