@Mark-Hollis, your commands are not stored in the cloud. They're only stored on your computer, so if you don't have a backup of your commands.json file, you'll need to recreate them. One Windows you can find your commands.json file in this folder:

      c:\Users\(your user)\.TRIGGERcmdData

If you're not subscribed, you'll need to delete your current computer before you can create another one.

@mark-hollis, last night I finally found the root cause and I'll be working on fixing it today. Basically, AWS has been throttling my server when it gets too busy. That's why it's intermittently slow. I'm going to upgrade to a different type of server today.

EDIT: It's done now - AWS won't throttle the server anymore. Thanks again for reporting the problem. If you see slowness again, please let me know, but I think I got it this time.

@Mark-Hollis, do you want to run your command with multiple parameters? Like this?

      notepad one two

If so, do you want to provide those two parameters with your voice? If so, yes, you can provide them via an Alexa routine, but you'll want to use the TRIGGERcmd or TRIGGER command skill instead of the TRIGGERcmd Smart Home skill, and follow this procedure instead:

Open the Alexa app on your phone:

Tap More in the lower right Tap Routines Tap the + in the upper right Tap "Enter routine name" and give it a name Tap "When this happens" then "Voice" and enter the phrase you want to say, then tap Next Tap "Add action" then "Custom" then type: "Ask TRIGGERcmd to run notepad with parameter one two"
