@Russ just to let you know, it was something in windows defender I needed to switch off. Dumb of me but I’m sure I’m not the only dumb one

Thanks @Russ. Def not running in system tray. I only have windows antivirus and i tried turning that off but still have the same issue. Nothing appears to be going on in task manager when i click the installer so im really bemused what is nit happening. Tried running as administrator also. Any other ideas?

Hi - i downloaded the windows agent but when I run the installer noting happens - is it broken by a windows update or something?
