Everything was great yesterday (a bit delayed though). Today, no command has worked through Alexa on any of my devices.

No changes made on my side.

Any idea what could suddenly stop it from working?

@Russ still no response from Alexa when attempting to run a command. Commands do still run from the website or agent when I trigger them but the connection to Alexa seems to be broken.

Have updated the agent and disabled and re-enabled the skill in the Alexa control panel. All my other skills that I use with Alexa are still working (Hue, Tuya).

@kellanist, sorry for the delay getting back to you. I just tested the Alexa skills myself and they're working for me.

            • TRIGGERcmd skill - I tested this by saying Alexa, ask TRIGGERcmd to run calculator on family.
            • TRIGGER command skill - I tested this by saying Alexa, ask TRIGGER command to run calculator on family.
            • TRIGGERcmd Smart Home skill - I tested this by saying Alexa, turn on calculator on family

I wonder if you disabled/reenabled one of these skills, but what you're saying to Alexa is invoking a different one.
Which Alexa skill are you using?
What exactly are you saying to Alexa? And what is Alexa saying back to you?
Is the command you're trying to run listed in the Voice commands lists in your account?

@Russ Alexa was responding that the commands were processing. Didn't see the commands being run in the activity log on the TriggerCMD site.

Weird. I disabled and re-enabled the skill in the Alexa app again and its working again. Have you seen this happen in the past where the connection with the skill just stops working? If you need anything from me to help figure out the root cause, let me know.

@kellanist, I haven't seen this myself before, but please tell me if this happens again. I'll add some logging to try to catch this scenario.

@Russ experiencing a delay today when using Alexa. About 2 mins. Usually it's instantaneous. Seeing anything in the logs at all?

@kellanist, wow 2 minutes is a long time. Way too long. I just tested and it's immediate for me. I saw your chat. I'll answer more there..
