Billing issue

Hey!
I believe I cancelled my subscription through PayPal many months ago, however I was today charged a renewal. Would it be possible to receive a refund? No worries if not!

@benjamin-killackey, I'm sorry but I checked Paypal and it only shows your cancellation today - nothing from months ago.
