@slugui, you should be able to combine the on and off commands into one like this:
Then you can say these to turn the monitor on or off:
- Alexa, ligar monitor
- Alexa, desligar monitor
Note: Those are the Mac on/off commands. Replace those with the Windows commands if you use Windows.

tanks, tanks, tanks...it worked perfectly, I'll wait for the dollar to go down to start paying the annual amount, at the moment, with the rise in the dollar, it's very expensive for us in Brazil.
