None of the custom voice commands that I am using are being recognised by alexa when I say them.

I just said both of these sentences and they worked for me:
Alexa, ask TRIGGERcmd to run game on family. Alexa, ask TRIGGERcmd to run chrome on family.Also, what does Alexa say back to you?
