@Alexander-Cleary, I think you either have an Antivirus tool that's blocking TRIGGERcmd, or there's something wrong with the configuration data.
You could try renaming this folder, then close and open the TRIGGERcmd agent.
C:\Users\(your user)\.TRIGGERcmdData
It will recreate the folder and re-prompt for your token and create a new computer, so you'd also need to delete your existing computer from your account first.
You can restore your commands by copying the commands.json file from your renamed folder.

okay thanks Russ, I was on vacation, maybe it was something to do with the wifi for the hotel, i'll let you know if it continues doing it now i'm back
