Hi, Everyone! I am a facing a different issue that I searched in previous topics. I installed triggercmd but I can't able to run any command remotely. Everything works fine locally via GUI command editor. However no command works either triggercmd website or via Alexa. The command is sent, is registered in "view runs" but nothing happen. @eraldo_crj , it seems to me the agent isn't connected to the server for some reason.

Can you try closing it and re-running it? You can close it by right-clicking the tray icon and clicking Quit.

Also, can you paste the contents of your debug.log file here?
        C:\Users\(your user)\.TRIGGERcmdData\debug.log

There could be a firewall in the way. The debug.log might give us a clue.

@russ thank you for your fast reply. I really appreciate it. The firewall was blocking the commands indeed. If I try use them before login, everything works properly. But after login, when the firewall comes up, every command stop working.
