@Alexandre-Sousa, the Voice Reply field is what you want Alexa or Google Assistant to say when your command runs.

When Voice Reply is empty and I say "Alexa, ask TRIGGERcmd to run notepad," Alexa says, "Triggering Notepad on RussHP."

If I fill in Voice Reply with "Yes sir, I'll run Notepad right away sir," Alexa will say that instead.

It allows you to customize what Alexa or Google Assistant say when they run your commands. It does not affect the "Smart Home" versions.

Is there a reason why it doesn't work in smart home?

@Rafael-Karczevski, yes. The Smart Home version of the skill simulates a Smart Home switch that you can turn on or off. So Alexa or Google Assistant's audible response is just to confirm the "switch" was flipped.
