      Hi, I can't install triggercmd in my laptop dell with windows 32 bits. It says Installation has failed. There was an error while installing the application.

        @Royher-Figuera, 32bit Windows isn't supported, but people have been able to get the agent installed using this procedure:.

            @Russ Hi Russ, I made all the steps but I can´t run any triggers from website or alexa.

            This is the triggercmdagent.bat running:

            C:\Users\Royher.TRIGGERcmdData>node "C:\Users\Royher.TRIGGERcmdData\agent" --console

            Checking if the null computer exists.
            This computer was deleted from your account. Login to recreate it.

            I paste my token and says that is saved for the next time. And close it.

            I'm using Win 32 bits in spanish by the way.

              @Royher-Figuera, can you try this?

              Delete the computer from your TRIGGERcmd account.

              Move the C:\Users\Royher\.TRIGGERcmdData folder to c:\TRIGGERcmd

              Make sure C:\Users\Royher\.TRIGGERcmdData does not exist. The agent will re-create it.

              Then send me the output of this command:

              node C:\TRIGGERcmd\agent --console
