Use trigger command in Alexa Routines

I was hoping to use trigger command to reboot a computer via a Alex routine not voice. Any in site on how this might be done would be appreciated

There is currently no way to use a skill in a routine.

The only way I know how to do it is via SmartThings.
Alexa routine -> SmartThings -> TRIGGERcmd -> computer
