@wendergalan, I found this tool called cmdow that can move a window to specific coordinates. https://ritchielawrence.github.io/cmdow/ This batch file opens Calculator, then moves it to my second monitor, then maximizes it: calc cmdow calculator /mov 2000 60 cmdow calculator /max I haven't found a solution for turning specific monitors on or off yet. About having different prices for different countries, I'd rather not do that. Paypal doesn't give me that option, and I think $19.95 is still pretty cheap for a full year.
