    • Turn your VPN on/off

I'm using Merlin atm, so the command below will work.

      ssh router-admin-name@router-ip service stop_vpnclient1
      ssh router-admin-name@router-ip service start_vpnclient1

You will need to turn off allow password login and generate/add the keys from your machine.

But it works well. I will write up a full guide, only took me about a day to figure out so it can't be that hard.

      Thanks for that tip, Scott.

I will add that to my guide on r/SmartHome.

    • RE: Terramaster NAS

@Russ Thanks! I've just got the hang of SSH so I'm happy to be building on a recently acquired skillset.

I will return to update you on my progress.

    • Terramaster NAS

      Hi all,

New to NAS devices, can I use the .deb file to install TriggerCMD onto a NAS?

Apparently, it needs a .tpk package, so I will be researching how to go from .deb or .dmg to .tpk
Honestly do not have a clue but I'm sure 24-48hr should be enough.

Don't need a step by step guide, some links and nudges in the right direction will do.

I'm only on macOS if that makes a difference.

      Thanks!
