When you search for the TRIGGERcmd agent, like this:

Do you see the option to click the App?

And if you click it, does nothing happen?

Are you sure you don't already have the TRIGGERcmd tray icon? I right-clicked mine in this screenshot:

You might need to delete or rename your c:\Users\(username)\.TRIGGERcmdData folder to reset it.
