Problem "Please unlock your device" on Alexa...

hello, I'm new to triggercmd since yesterday to use it with Alexa on my windows.
I created 30 triggers (to open programs and folders) and everything worked with Alexa. Today I had to restart my computer and now Alexa says to me: "Please unlock your device" for all the commands created.
I deleted and redetected the devices in the smarthome and deactivated and reactivated the skill on Alexa. Nothing works. Do you have an idea? Thank you -

I did some googling and it seems you might have a pin enabled on your Alexa? Or you have children's accounts with access to your Alexa?
