New Alexa skill called TRIGGER command

Based on helpful feedback that "TRIGGER C M D" is too much to say to invoke the Alexa skill, I created a new one called TRIGGER command.
USA versions:
- Original "TRIGGERcmd" skill
- New "TRIGGER command" skill
UK (England) versions:
- Original "TRIGGERcmd" skill
- New "TRIGGER command" skill
German versions:
- Original "TRIGGERcmd" skill
- New "TRIGGER command" skill
I'm working on doing the same for Google Assistant.
