Alexa is not finding devices (mac pc)

Hello guys!
Alexa is not finding devices.
My pc is mac.
How do I solve?

@Emanuel-MAIA, thank you for the screenshots. I see the problem.
On your Profile page (bottom screenshot), please set Mac as your Default Computer.
For Alexa to find your commands, the computer has to be your default, or it has to have a Voice Name.
