Account says I'm not subscribed, but I paid already

Posting this here because I could not find an email to send it to. When I go to my account it says its not subscribed, however I paid for an account and have the PayPal email.
Maybe I paid for the wrong account? Is there an email I could send my PayPal receipt to and try to get this sorted out?
Also this is an awesome service by the way, we all love using it!

@Favored-live-Tech, I found your active subscription in my Paypal account, so I enabled your subscription on the TRIGGERcmd platform. Sorry about that. It's rare but for some reason it happens once in a while.

@Russ Hey no worries. I think it might have been our fault, I think we might have cancelled it before the 1 year mark on accident then re-enabled it. In any case really appreciate you taking care of it. thanks Russ!
