Subscription Cancel

I received a debit on my credit card bill and I didn't even remember that I had signed the trigger a year ago, and I also hadn't checked any automatic renewal option.
In addition, I did not find any option on the site to cancel this subscription. I would like to cancel any future Trigger subscription and if possible receive a refund of the amount charged, please.
Who can help me??

@Ricardo-Ferreira, you can cancel your subscription from PayPal's site.

@Russ it's not possible... because I subscribed the Trigger without a paypal account, directly pay method... and now can't enter my paypal account to cancel because that doesn't exists... How can I proceed?
