      I did all the steps but it still didn't appear on the devices, I made another account to try and it didn't work either. Could it be something on my computer? I'm using the Smart Home skill and it still doesn't appear.

        @joão-vitor-zanotto, do you see voice commands listed on the Smart Home Voice Commands page? If not, something is wrong. It could be that your computer either isn't set as your default in your profile, or it doesn't have a voice field set. I recommend setting it as your default (which is the default setting) if you only have one.

        If you do see voice commands on that page, you could use the Alexa Web link on that page, then delete and rescan for devices.

        If that doesn't work, please unlink/relink and make sure when you link, you're linking with the correct account (you said you have two).

          @russ The problem was the hostname (firstname-lastname), changing it to just my lastname and it worked.
