Can not connect to Zapier

I keep getting this error when trying to allow TriggerCMD
Oh, foo.
Zapier could not connect to your account.Perhaps you declined access?
Or it could be a temporary issue.

I was able to connect with Integromet / Make with no problem though.

I found that my existing account link worked fine, but when I tried "Reconnect" it gave me that "Oh, foo" error.

For some reason Zapier changed how they send parameters for their oauth flow. I was able to make a corresponding change on my end to accomodate it.
