ps4-waker command not working

When i use the terminal and I type "ps4-waker" works perfeclty but i can't trigger the command , what I am getting wrong ???

@tuicemen I followed all the instruction but some of the stripes that says it doesen't show to me.

/usr/local/bin/node /usr/local/lib/node_modules/ps4-waker/dist/cli.jsIf that doesn't work, can you show me what this command shows?
ls -al /usr/local/bin/ps4-waker
