Problems runing with mac

Hi, ive been follow all the process to crontrol my mac but Alexa doesnt recognize the comands or the skill. It has so many problems. Ive seen many videos trying to find a solution but in all the videos that i saw my problem does not happend.
Some one can help me?

@DAVID-ALONZO, did you activate the TRIGGERcmd Smart Home skill? I recommend using it instead of the older TRIGGERcmd skill.
