can't find the devices on my Alexa

I noticed there is a similar question on another forum but I still can't find a solution to my problem. I have activated TRIGGERcmd on my Alexa app and done all the steps but still doesn't show up on any devices

@Gianfranco-Traverso, if you activated the TRIGGERcmd Alexa skill, you won't see devices. You need to activate the TRIGGERcmd Smart Home Alexa skill.
