é possivel desligar o Computador e Monitor com um comando?

Gostaria de saber se é possivel Desligar o Monitor e o computador ao mesmo tempo, com apenas um comando? na versão gratuita?
com o comando exemplo, o Monitor entra no Modo economia de energia, e não desliga totalmente...Duvida pro windows por favor

You can run multiple commands in one command by putting && between commands, like this:
nircmd.exe monitor off && shutdown /s /t 10 -

@Thiago-Rodrigues, I think you'd have to run 2 commands:
- Turn on the computer and wait for it to boot.
- Turn on the monitor after the computer is booted.
For #1, you could run the wakeonlan or WakeMeOnLan command from a separate computer on your network, or use this new Alexa method.
For #2, I would not use TRIGGERcmd - I would use this method to turn on my monitor whenever the PC boots up:
