Fala meu querido Edson, consegui suspender o computador com o código no windows:
rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0, e consegui desligar com o código: shutdown /s /t 0
você só necessita criar um evento no trigger com esse códigos. -
