Looking for customer support

Hello,
I have been looking for customer support concerning subscriptions, but haven't found anything except an email address (russell at triggercmd.com) which hasn't responded to my request.
I subscribed to TriggerCMD last year to try it out. I thought it was just for one year.
This year, I have been billed $19.95 automatically but I never wanted to renew my TriggerCMD subscription. I haven't even found any section on the website to manage my subscription.
Can you please reimburse me and cancel any further renewals?
