Skip the "Alexa, ask TriggerCmd" command?
-
Hello. Is there a way to skip the "Alexa, ask TriggerCmd" command and just ask "Alexa, open Safari" on my mac mini?
-
@Dimo-Ninov use the Trigger CMD Smarthome skill I actually have all 3 Trigger CMD skills loaded.

@Dimo-Ninov All my commands show up as their own virtual devices. To hibernate my PC, it's just "Alexa, turn on Hibernate". I could also set up a Routine so all I have to say is "Alexa, Hibernate" and it'll turn on the device.

Could you explain in a little more detail? I have 4 commands visible on the site and on the TriggerCmd app, but I don't see them as virtual devices in Alexa. I use the free version of the service to convince myself that it is worth the purchase. I can launch commands with "Alexa ask TriggerCmd..." but not as a direct command. Sorry if I'm asking too basic things, but there isn't much information about the details of the process.

@Dimo-Ninov, which TriggerCMD skill are you using? Both the TriggerCMD and Trigger Command, require the "Alexa, ask Trigger CMD to....."
The Triggercmd Smart Home skill does not. You simply say "Alexa, turn on(off) ...."Russ created a forth skill called TC to simplify things but the original TriggerCMD and Trigger Command still remain in the Alexa skills list.
