I can't subscribe, I can't pay with PayPal

When I click on the subscribe button it opens the paypal site but it sends me to the general panel of my account, it does not redirect me to a payment page.

@eliottdavidmx can you try closing your browser completely, then try again? Or try a different computer or phone? If you use a phone turn it 90 degrees because only landscape mode shows the instructions link on the left.
