Subscription Issue

Hi Russel,

I just recently made a payment through Paypal and canceled the renewal however I didn't know that it would also cancel the service. Is it possible to get the service for the paid period? or just cancel the subscription renewal and not pay twice? thanks.

@esaltat, thanks for subscribing. That's a common mistake. I just sent a refund. If you want to re-subscribe, I recommend setting a reminder for 11 months or so from now to decide whether to cancel then. Paypal's subscription system is binary - you're either subscribed or not, and if you cancel, you lose your subscription benefits right away.
