      Hi

      Testing your platform with SmartThings.

I have installed the SmartApp and can trigger the default commands (notepad, calculator) from Alexa successfully.

      1. Does your SmartApp automatically create a new virtual switch each time I create a new command in the TriggerCMD desktop app?

      2. If not, what device network ID should I assign to the new virtual devices?

      Many thanks

      Danny

@richdan, to add a new command, you'll need to go back into the TRIGGERcmd SmartApp and check the checkbox next to that command. That will add the command as a new virtual SmartThings switch.

          Thanks @Russ

I find it takes a long time from creating a command until it synchs with the TriggerCMD website. Is there anything I can do to update it faster?

@richdan, for me new commands sync from my PC to the website immediately so there must be a problem.

Are you running windows? You could try restarting the agent in case it stopped working. Another thing to be aware of - if you add a background command it won't sync to the cloud unless you're running the background agent.

Yes, running Windows 10. It's updating immediately now. Maybe some temporary delay.
              Thanks for your help Russ.
