Subscription problem

I made the payment through paypal, and canceled the renewal. I was not aware that this would cancel the service I just paid for. Is it possible to release the functions for the paid period, or cancel for subscription renewal, without having to pay twice?

Hi, I paid for the subscription a few minutes back but it is still showing as unsubscribed/free account. My account email and Paypal account email are different. Can that be the cause. Please help. Need to setup the account urgently.

@Haresh-Shah, please check again. I found your paypal subscription and I fixed your account - you're subscribed now.
You subscribed before I moved TRIGGERcmd to new servers last night. This is one reason I upgraded. Sometimes the Paypal communication failed because of a DNS problem.
