Installation error

When I install triggercmd it doesn't ask me to log in or anything, when I try to go to that tab where I put the codes and add ne, this option doesn't appear These options don't appear on mine when I right click on it Can anyone help me with my email and this thiagogoncalvesoares@gmail.com
