      I have a Amazon Fire 8 tablet mounted to my wall. I used triggercmd to create a switch in alexa so I can say "alexa, turn on kodi".

      I want the tablet to automatically open "Kore" or "Yatse" (companion apps) when Kodi opens on my windows PC.

      Using a "custom command" in kodi only works with apps that came from the Alexa apps store. Has anyone done something like this?
