As a designer, on my daily basis I find myself with the need to send screenshots continuously and as you know, there is more than one option in Mac OS to capture the screen, in my case what seems more viable is the option to select the area to capture, leave it on my clipboard and paste it into a whatsapp conversation.

With this command, I have created a routine, so i just have to ask Alexa to take a screenshot and immediately the cursor allows me to select the area and send the capture to my clipboard.

This way, there is no need to tangle your fingers by pressing SHIFT + CTRL + CMD + 4. Hope it helps someone.

      Use this: screencapture -c -s
