Chrome Did Not Shut Down Correctly

Every time I use "taskkill" to shutdown Chrome, I always get the error message "Chrome did not shut down correctly" the next time I open Chrome. This does not happen when I close and reopen Chrome manually, only through TriggerCMD. Anyone know how to avoid this?
