@Greg-Larsen Found the answer. I had not added a voice command. I got confused because the interface says it is optional, but it is necessary for Alexa to find the device. Leaving this here in case it helps someone else.

New commands not showing up as devices in the Alexa app
I'm new to Trigger cmd and am still using the free version. I've installed the agent on Windows 11 and created some commands that the Alexa app on Android has found successfully. This morning I tried to add other commands, but they are not showing up as devices in the Alexa app. The old commands still work correctly. What might cause this? Thank you!

RE: Turning PC on (without WoL)
@Jaqueline-Chinaglia Get one of these https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07B4D9KVX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
You will need the hub for it, too. But it would make it impossible to close your notebook completely, so maybe not the solution you are looking for.
